I haven't had much time the past couple months to do anything other than visit our pediatrician and clean puke. It happens. With 4 little ones...2 in school...we get the yuckies. We seem to keep them lately! Besides giving them the speech about hand washing and covering their cough there's not a whole lot I can do from home. So, while combating all this yuck I came across a recipe for the wondrous substance known as MAGIC MOUTHWASH!! Here you go ...enjoy! AND Get well soon!
Magic Mouthwash:
* 2 tsp Maalox
* 2 tsp childrens liquid benadryl
Mix...gargle, swish and spit! You CAN swallow it...if you plan on your little one swallowing make sure you adjust the Maalox and benadryl to the dosage for your childs height and weight. AND have a glass of 8 oz of water for them to drink after swallowing it. Relief for strep, mouth sores and sore throat.
