If it calls for a roux..I call for pizza :)

OK..so not really.  But I did just make my first roux..aka GRAVY!!!  Not going to lie...I panicked when I saw that in order to make this


I HAD to make a roux.  It just looked to tasty to not give it a go.  My kids have gone this long without homemade gravy...and Harlow was cheering me on while browning the chicken.  We had come to far to turn back!  So far so good!  BEST part...took 20 minutes...start to finish!  Minus the 10 minute cooling period...so..I guess, 30 minutes from fridge to table!  Fingers crossed that it tastes OK...if it does i'll pass along the recipe later tonight.
